Exhibitor FAQs

All workshop presenters are expected to also be exhibitors at our festival. To apply to give a workshop, simply complete the exhibitor application here and we'll notify you if your workshop is approved.
Exhibit spaces are approximately 6 ft. x 8 ft., or larger, and include these items:
• one 6 ft. (approximately) table
• two chairs
• one tablecloth
• one table number sign
• one electrical outlet located within 10 feet of assigned exhibit space
In addition, exhibitors have the option of appearing in our online Exhibitor Directory and will have their business name listed in our online festival program.
We do permit the sale of any of these items at our festivals or events:
• Weapons of any kind
• Products containing Cannabidiol (CBD)
• Sexually explicit materials or products
• Any products that require a medical prescription
We vet all exhibitors and do not use a first-come, first approved model. We begin taking applications approximately 5 months before each event. Once we have received ample applications, we select exhibitors that will provide a variety of services and products. Depending on the services provided, exhibitors we have never worked with may be required to donate a mini-session we we can experience what they plan to offer, first-hand.
All exhibitors are required to meet all federal, state and local licensing and insurance requirements related to the products and services they offer.
If you plan to provide massage therapy or acupuncture at any of our events, we require you provide proof that you have a current license and medical malpractice insurance.
Our exhibitor fees are based on our expenses. These including the cost to rent the exhibit space, rental costs (tables, chairs, tablecloths), advertising, labor, and other expenses.

Attendee FAQs
Admission is FREE for the following persons:
• Children aged 13 years or younger
• Active and retired military personnel & their partners/spouses
• First responders & their partners/spouses
Tickets can be purchased online herefor $5.00.
Tickets can also be purchased at the door for $6.00.
Each of our festivals is a unique experience. While we cannot guarantee any specific product or service will be available, we strive to provide a mix of holistic practitioners, intuitive mediums and vendors, who sell gemstones, jewelry and other unique gifts. Our festival program is generally available online about one week before the event.
